Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with MaysonBeauty.sg. We are committed to delivering your beauty products quickly, safely, and efficiently.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We currently ship within Singapore only using trusted local courier partners 

  • J&T Express
  • Ninja Van
  • SingPost

Express Shipping 1–5 business days S$7.50
Free Shipping Orders above S$60 Free

Delivery times may vary during peak sale periods or due to courier delays.

 


3. Self-Collection (Optional)

Self-collection is available by appointment at our office:
1003 Bukit Merah Central, #04-04 Inno.Centre @ Redhill 2, Singapore 159836
Please wait for a confirmation email or message before collecting your order.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
You can also track your order directly through your Shopify account or from your shipping confirmation email.


5. Undelivered Parcels

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel:

  • The order will be returned to us, and

  • A re-delivery fee may apply.


6. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Singapore
For overseas orders, please contact us at hello@maysonbeauty.sg to check availability.
