Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached.

  • You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is borne by the customer for change-of-mind or unwanted items.

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping and provide a prepaid label.

  • No restocking fees apply.

  • No final sale items are returnable.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 15 business days to your original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used personal care / beauty products

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your item first and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.
